Refund policy
At Izzie, every pattern and workshop is designed with care to help you create something special. Because our products are digital, there are a few things you should know before purchasing.
Sewing Patterns (PDF Downloads)
Once a pattern has been downloaded, it’s yours forever — which means we can’t accept returns or offer refunds the way a fabric shop might. That said, we’ll always look out for you:
- Accidentally bought the same pattern twice? We’ll happily refund the duplicate.
- Having trouble downloading your file? Send us a note and we’ll make sure you get your pattern in your hands (or on your screen).
Virtual Workshops (Pre-Recorded)
Our workshops are pre-recorded, so you can learn at your own pace, anytime you like. Because these are instant-access digital products, all workshop sales are final.
If there’s ever a technical hiccup that keeps you from accessing your workshop, we’ll work with you to fix it or refund if needed.
A Note from Us
We put a lot of heart into our patterns and workshops, and want every maker to feel supported. While digital purchases are generally non-refundable, we’ll always make exceptions in cases like duplicate orders or technical errors. If something’s gone sideways with your order, please reach out — we’re here to help.
